We’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to help take our agency to the next level 🚀.
You'll be helping Lucky Duck to grow our client base and revenue by managing both new business development and growing existing partnerships.
You'll research, create, and manage your own pipeline of prospects.
You'll help our UX/UI design and software development consultancy create new partnerships with technology companies and startups who need our help.
This role will ideally be based in our head office within Leeds but we're open to remote applications.
The BDM will be the first touchpoint to any potential clients who reach out.
You will forecast and manage your pipeline using a CRM system, present to prospects, and collaborate with our team to come up with a proposal.
You will thrive on hitting or exceeding agreed sales targets for new business development and help nurture our existing client partnerships.
You have experience in selling high-end consultancy services or within enterprise sales at a tech startup.
You're able to build strong, trusting relationships with both potential and current clients.
You're an excellent presenter.
You have some technical knowledge and lots of passion within the field of design and technology
You can provide a case study of past success in a similar role.
You can provide ideas on how you'd best help us grow.
You are a strong negotiator and can navigate compromise easily.
Flexi-time, start anytime before 9:30am and finish anytime after 3:30pm.
Work remotely or from our brand new office. We just require you to be in-office 1-2 days a week, but other than that you’re free to choose where you prefer to work.
