Product Manager

You'll be helping our designers and developers to deliver digital products, websites and experiences for our clients and selected local charities.

As a member of the Leadership Team, you’ll be constantly thinking about ways we can streamline processes and improve our client experience.

You’ll help the team focus on project priorities by identifying any obstacles and helping them overcome these.

You’ll facilitate the team reaching consensus when ideas differ and you’ll make decisive decisions when consensus is not possible.

You’ll take part in design workshops and be in constant communication with our design team, development team and our clients.

You’ll have a basic understanding of agile project management and have experience driving project strategy, roadmap and execution.

You’ll be a team player and an avid learner with a desire to work in a scale-up environment.

You’ll have a talent for problem-solving and the ability to juggle varying tasks at once.

You’ll learn from mistakes and adapt quickly to change.

Have an understanding of design and/or development principles and practices.

Flexi-time: we work the core hours of 10am-4pm

Remote, hybrid and on-site working options are available, our head office is based in Leeds, UK.
